I will not steal cargo coins anymore and I also could not enter secure 2 using load secure cargo mission, I can only go inside secure 1, this is lame

Have you tried park a vehicle next to the fence? you can go inside and out of the port without main entrance.

Maybe the want you to try to, but just made it harder to steal crates 2 or 3 at a time.
It’s possible without glitches, they wouldn’t have programmed it in otherwise. It is harder to steal the intended way though.
They devs DO want you to steal. It’s just that the way it’s designed is by activating the alarm and having a 10 day cooldown each time you steal…
