Love the group videos! The conversational nature is much better than the more rigid script-style videos. Love the hand cam footage lmao, makes it feel more candid and real.

Love having the convo! And trying to each fit your stuff in.

Quite honestly, I wasn't too highly impressed with any of the products (I mean, some of them were OK, but nothing that would convince me to change over to using them). But the video itself was highly entertaining! These 2 together are great, even better than each individually.

Probably because these are all sponsored products and the actual best products

FYI, if you have 2 SoundCore Motion 300s, you can do a stereo pair using "TWS pairing". I use that with a portable laser projector for a mobile home theater

On the sling I don't use the buckle for putting the sling on and off, but I use it to attach it to my chair when I am in a coffee or restaurant, gives me peace of mind that someone can't just run and swipe my sling.

On my Chrome sling bag I prefer the buckle depending on what I'm wearing, like if I'm using a coat or jacket, or wearing a suit haha. It's just easier that way to unbuckle and swing it off your body

An excellent video format! Loved watching it, despite none of the products being "awesome" enough to warrant a purchase :D :D :D

Love to conversational nature of these round-up videos - I think the other format is more appropriate for the formal reviews. Have you ever put out a "behind the scenes" video for Pack Hacker Pro members? It would be fun to see some of the tech and techniques that you use to make your videos. 🙂

I have the Hydaway bottle. It’s not too bad, but the disadvantages you noted are spot-on.

the hard zipper is good to prevent pickpocket so it'll take time for people to basically put their hands inside.

They do a bigger 2L version of the flight pouch/sling which I have and it fits a kindle/ipad mini!

I enjoy a more coffee cup collapsible thing like the Stojo because it sits a little easier in cupholders, but the shape of the HYDAWAY definitely looks like an easier to enjoy water bottle.

Flight pouch sling 1l is like a better quality version of mtw 1l sling. I love them both but I find myself going back to mtw. It is just way more flexible and seamless to use and wear.

Great video! I have the Hydaway bottle but stopped using it for two reasons.
    1. The awkward shape when not fully collapsed, combined with the silicone material, means it will not fit or slide easily into any water bottle pouch. So you either hang it or have it loose in your bag. Not a fan of only having those two options.
    2. You need to be extra careful and thorough about cleaning it thanks to all the folds.
I get why they went with that shape, and the advantages it brings. But there are trade-offs as a result.

So, what is your plane bag/sling that fits your Kindle? I’m looking for a small bag I can keep in the seat back pocket of an airplane seat or better still one that I can hang from the tray table while it’s upright that will fit my inflight essentials including a Kindle. Thanks.

I have a Tom Bihn Handy Little Thing 2. It holds my 7" e-reader and my keys/wallet/phone combo. It either 2 or 2.5 L (I forget which). The craftsmanship is epic. HTH.

Tom, in earlier videos there is a watch you’re wearing that has a small body with large gaps between the lugs and body. What watch is that? I can’t seem to find it based on screenshots alone 😂

So with a magnetic attach strap, what’s to keep someone from just pulling it off the strap?

🛫Looks like the main man went on a trip to the Amazon, tried Ayahuasca, lived with a remote tribe and returned transformed. 🛬
