That’s why you tell them they don’t hold. They’ve never held, it’s not something new. Educate your client, let them make the choice if they want the up-keep or not. Don’t do the service without telling them the whole story and then getting “annoyed” with them or I guess in this case annoyed at Joico for not making pastel colors hold when they’ve never held.
Went into my salon with a picture asking for an ashy but icy pale blonde with brown root. My stylist used joico titanium and gun metal permanent. Now my hair is silver blue. What can I do?
