hehehe, thanks for the concern bhai. I do look a bit fat in this video but thats due to oversized jacket ... my weight is constant.

-Obesity is unhealthy, yes, but I am not obese.
-Over weight, is what I am but surely one of the fittest individuals.
To balance what I eat, i workout a lot.
-Weight training, Swimming, Calisthetnics and some stretches.
-My current personal bests are as follows.
-Military Pushups 42 in one go.
-Squats - 60 in one go.
-Skipping - 500 in one go.
Deadlift - 130 KGS - 3 sets.
I guess, aesthetics and lean is what I am lacking. Will work on it :)
