Love how it turned out! Quick tip for the mug and pens.. you can put rice or coffee beans (or something similar) in the cup and then you can make the pens stay put and style them how you want. Great job!
Well I love the rug :) the black & white keeps it neutral but the pattern gives it a pop I love how it brings the room together! Great minds think alike ;) lol
I really enjoy your ideas. If I could throw out an idea/suggestion... we don't necessarily need to see you cutting off every tag from a new item, physically screwing on each new chair foot, etc. Sometimes it takes a full minute for you to do this when you can explain it in 5 or 10 seconds. I hope I don't sound critical; I really enjoy your ideas and the meaty content without the play by play.

I thought wedding dress was cute when it was a dressing room, but a wedding dress in an office is kinda strange. Especially when it’s so close to the entryway for front door. Also, desk isn’t the right kind for a floating one. Shelves are in a super strange spot. Just not digging anything.
Simple and classy. The shelving is beautiful to the point where you can display what you love, and accessory pieces are easy and affordable to change out.
I absolutely love your office. It's perfect. And I have to say that I just love Chase. He and my husband are so much alike. No matter what I want to do to our house, my husband is right on board to do it. No complaints, he just moves pieces wherever I want them or hangs 150 thousand new window shades for me....LOL. Hi Ashley. To be honest,the rug you have in your office I’m sorry it clashes with the pink that you have in you’re office. My opinion, a white or a light pink rug would definitely bring you’re desk out. The shelf in your office is pretty but some what hidden.It would look better on one of your other walls. Its just my opinion. You’re home is beautiful ❤️

Thank you for sharing your office update. I do like watching budget updating of a space. I think displaying your wedding gown is a really great idea instead of like most having it french cleaned & then it sits in a closet etc for the rest of your life where it can't be enjoyed. But I must echo so many others here in the comments in saying that the rug....well....it's your space so if you like it that's all that matters but it really takes away from the subtle glam in the room!! You could really see the imbalance when you were sharing how you hide the cord & we could see the beautiful lace of the dress next to the dalmation print - aye! It just doesn't go with your very simple and plain aesthetic. I totally understand that you were keeping a budget - maybe you can find a good deal on an inexpensive rug that would suit the space better and since a rug really grounds a space it seems like it would be worth it! jmho. I hope you are enjoying your updated office!

They sell little grommet plugs in Lowe’s and on Amazon that are great to feed cords through a hole in the desk. I ended up using cord channels to hide some of my cords, but there are clips and under the desk mounts that can hide stuff like power strips and surge protectors too. A lot of the little channels are paintable too so they blend in with the furniture and walls, and they’re definitely budget friendly too!
Chase is a wonderful guy and you are so lucky. Savannah gets prettier the older she gets and her outfit in this video is so cute. I love the style in the new home over last home.

Have you considered adding the matching chair in there instead of the grey half ottoman? Maybe a tiny side table next to it? That way your daughter or husband can have a cozy spot to visit.

The room looks great. Have you considered putting the shelf on the wall opposite the desk? It would be out of the traffic pattern and you could see it better. The picture is almost too small for the space. Move the picture behind your desk with something on either side, and maybe use those three prints on the wall where the shelf is now? I don’t love them behind the desk. Also I agree some greenery would be a nice touch. Chase makes things look easy, but his skills are a major factor in the success of your projects. I didn’t hate the rug, but is there one that would look better in the space? Arm chair decorating. I always enjoy your videos.
One day you definitely need to turn the side hall entry into a closet. It really is wasted space now and with the addition of the closet it legally becomes a bedroom.
