Helpful work tip- always take a "lunch" break outside of the office. Even if it's just reading in your car, it helps with the tiredness. Or get errands done then, so you save time after hours😊

Hi Charlotte. Enjoyed the vlog as always. I also use Nuetrogena Hydro Boost water gel for my moisturizer. I absolutely love it. I’ve been using it for a few years now. I have not seen the serum. I will have to look for that and add it to my skin routine. Have a great week 😊💜🪻💜🪻
