I'd guess 'Samba' or 'Bosa Nova'. It's very warm, cosy and soothing. There's plenty of 'Winter Bosa Nova and Jazz' YT videos. They're nice to fall asleep to. It might be a melodica, not 'mouth organ' (Americans say harmonica 😉) at 4:58. Each note sounds distinct, and not 'slurred' between notes like a harmonica usually sounds. *8.5-8.8* seems about right. In Russia, falling snow in winter is not a disaster, it is a common thing. This is a time of light sadness, melancholy and beauty: it's so beautiful when everything is covered with snow! At the same time, our houses are warm, and we do not think about heating, paying for it and other similar things.
