- How can we be happier at work?
Work is a major part of life and has the potential to be both meaningful and enjoyable. Yet sadly many of us feel unhappy, stressed and unfulfilled at work.
At this special event, Henry Stewart will reveal his refreshing ideas to create a happier workplace and make your work feel more joyful and fulfilling. He'll explain the secrets of great workplaces and how to help people feel good about their work.
As founder of the award-winning company Happy Ltd, Henry has helped lots of people and organisations to transform their workplaces and working lives. He'll share his key principles - like building trust, giving freedom, celebrating mistakes, finding mutual benefit and playing to your strengths.
Even if we can't change the whole culture where we work, we can still make a difference through our own mindset, relationships and actions. So whether you're the CEO or a new joiner, this event will help you to rethink your relationship with work and find ways to make your own workplace happier.
This live Action for Happiness event was recorded with Dr Mark Williamson on the 9th July 2024.

This happened 8.7.1990, I have been unable to walk/work since, a clot of blood moved to my heart, I have a heart disorder, the Doctor prescribed a medication which caused me to get kidney failure, I was advised to put my name down for a kidney transplant and dialysis, I suffer with asthma, anxiety, type 2 diabitis, I am 77 and completely bedridden, my eyesight is failing with cataracts, floaters and other problems, my beloved family care for me by the grace of God.
I had a good relationship with myself, I was not toxic, Clare Short, Stan Austin Albert Bore, Chris Alton and other Labour Party members in situe were very toxic
I was on the Enterprise Allowance, thanks to Margaret Thatcher Leader of the Conservative Party,
I was not a member of any party.

I was happy to work and earn enough money to feed and house my four kids, I was a single parent. I had to claim benifits to enhance my income for my income to be sufficient.
U brilliant the Labour Party leader Albert Bore ripped me offi would love to write a book about that experience,
Fortunately, the ground gave way and I slipped down a culvert on son council premed ground, broke my fibula, tibia, heel, crushed vertibreas and trapped nerves in my back, have not been active since, the payment protection companies fanaghed, I lost my house, Abbey National and National Home loans failed to honour their debt to me, the Dept of works and pensions denied me benifits.
I lived of the charrity of my friends and relatives and the church,
