This is a type of Minnan dialect used by the Hoklos (Hokkien) in Taiwan which has a blend of some Mandarin words mixed in, Malaysia, Singapore and in Hokkien (Fujian) prefectures: Xiamen, Quanzhou, Zhangzhou although there are variations in pronunciation but they don't really differ that much, although Taiwanese is closest to Amoy used in Xiamen which is a blend of Quanzhou and Zhangzhou pronunciation.
Perhaps the taiwanese should learn a little English? Perhaps then they will know that "Are you marry to me?" could actually be written correctly as "Will you marry me?" This won't make people laugh sarcastically at them 😅 as "Are you marry to me?"
