I primarily conduct RFP’s for transportation providers, but any way to refine that would be of genuine interest. I’ve always been rather intrigued by the 3PL process. I’ve seen it implemented poorly, but rarely with much success. It often strikes me as a marriage of convenience rather than an optimal partnership.
