I read somewhere with the ball curler there is a definite technique. You can use ONLY the small spaces between the balls, OR the wider surface of each ball. I'd be curious to see the difference between the two techniques.

Purchased this curling wand due to your video and they honestly suck! The temperature does not get hot enough for a successful curl!
What temperature did yours go to because no one else who purchased had that issue. These iron get HOT and I literally used multiple wands to curls my hair on camera live. Maybe you should check to see if it’s on the maximum heat settings and LOCK it to that setting. Also don’t use cheap weave hair because it’s probably not the irons it’s the hair. Use good quality extensions or your natural hair with heat protectant spray. Then if that’s not working, call them to say that it’s defective and you can have them to send another one or get a refund. Mine did not have any issues. I never would’ve promoted it if it sucked honestly. Please let me know how it goes.
