- This is the final for The Big Rig Group build hoisted by Jeff from ( Jeff's model Garage) Thank you Jeff. The kit I used was the AMT Transtar C-O F4070A. It is a Great model. I want to thank all my subscribers & Thanks for watching my builds. 🚛💨🏭🐀

I'm glad someone liked the Terminator truck stuff. The first time they rigged the tanker to blow up. They hooked a cable to the front axal. And when they pulled it with the trailer loaded with explosives. They pulled the axal off just as the explosives went off. So they had to build a second truck & trailer and do it all over again. They didn't lose the molds. Back in the day,they retooled the 4070A into the 4070B. So basically they destroyed the A to make the B.
Cool looking kit. Great job. I got two,the kit you built,from the first of the new release,gonna build it box stock. Got the Rat Fink version,and I'm gonna go a little crazy on it.

I'm glad you liked the Terminator tie in. I just completed the trailer to go with the truck. Are you a Vangelis fan. I was so sorry to hear about his passing. He has been a great part of my musical life. His music has helped me through some rough times. His work on the BladeRunner soundtrack was legendary. My condolences to Greece 🇬🇷 for loosing a national treasure 🙏 R.I.P. Vangelis

That’s a badass International Cabover Craig! Great job buddy! A buddy of mine’s Dad drove a International 4070A, well I think it was a 4070A , it was damn sure a International coe, I think he had a CAT engine, 6 cylinder in his, I know he pulled a old house down with it, it was one that he wanted to tear down anyways. Anywho, fantastic bud, rock on 🤘!

I appreciate your comment. The hardest thing in this build was finding the right color. I went to a few places looking & returned home to find this Bronze paint in my paint box. 🚛💨🐭👍

Thank you Seamus. I had that Bronze paint in my paint box waiting for the right build. I have always been fascinated by Big Rigs from the 1970s. I remember seeing them on family vacations & at Truck Stops. Here in the U.S.🚛💨🐭👍

Craig+ I like how you did those quarter fenders I am going to use them on my build of this kit love it was wondering how to put those on I want to build a Texaco tanker truck and put it in a diarma of it offloading fule in underground storage tanks at a gas station sorry for the misspelling there I have some photos etch parts for mine the tank straps and heat shields for the one stack on the driver's side looks great and unique
I got my quarter fenders from the Revell 359 model. The quarter fenders are connected by a single rod. I cut the Rod then drilled a hole in frame. And glued them in. Be careful to check the clearance of them to the bottom of the trailer. Your build sounds great.🚛💨🏭🐀
@@dfactoryrat653 got it my quarter fenders from AMT freightliner kit that I am building later on in the year as a consolidated freight ways truck with the 27 foot pup trailers

Thank Mike 👋 They said they built two trucks. The first one the front axal got pulled off during explosion. The trucks were hand made so maybe they didn't get the look of the International correct. 🐭👍🚛💨
