The hot water pipe for the shower should be extended to the bottom of the floor under the house so it will be optional for later so the shower wall don't have to be cut open when ready for hot water.

Colaz maybe you should consider using this trade man to do some work on your Air b and b, before they take him away from your job some people talk too much. Yes he needs more work but he is working for you, rightnow,😮 that is the reason why the work men them can't finish their work without going from one to another and delaying the work all i can see is a lot of unfinished house all over Jamaica i known money 💰 canbe a problem but you known what iam trying to say

Although he is doing a good job..I am a master builder in Canada and own two construction companies the concrete board is not good enough for flooring board you should use plywood for all flooring board. Much more in the bathroom . The cement board is the bathroom . But I can't tell you guys nothing. But one day you will see in the history of Canada No one use concrete board for flooring..I build house in Canada for a living..but wish you the best
