Model 2a Picture repeatedly jumps, most evident in the scrolling of the news message at the bottom of the screen. Gradually through the day the frequency of the jump increases. Switching off and rebooting clears problem for an hour or so when it starts again. Can this be repaired?

Hi @IF, Press and hold the PLAY/ PAUSE button for 3 seconds. The icon on the screen will change to a slowmo icon. You can then use the FF or REW button for different slowmo speeds(1/2 speed, ¼ speed, 1/8 speed). To return to normal play, press the PLAY/PAUSE button. Let us know how it goes. ~NJM
Hi @ IF GD. This wouldn’t make sense to implement. If one would have to hear audio during slow-mo, fast forward or rewind then it would either sound warbly during slow-mo or very fast like chipmunks 😊. ~LTS

Hi,l was having the same problem and took it to service centre and they reformatted ,but make a copy of your recordings on a external hard drive as all your recordings get wiped off

Should this happen again, switch off the decoder at the plug and unscrew the signal cables at the back of the decoder. Connect them and switch on the power. ~KWM

shelton bongani maphosa hi mine does that as well you can pull the card out and put it back in or reboot
Hope this issue was sorted. If not, start by pressing and holding the reset button (On/Off on the remote). ~KWM
