A true fan is someone who likes the show, it doesn't matter if they have seen all of the episodes or not, if they enjoy the show or find it awesome then they are a true fan, if they don't trash the show at all at all they are a true fan, if they don't trash the fanbase, new or old, then they are a true fan. When you started watching it doesn't matter especially when some people were too young to even know what was being said in the show when it first came out.
