As an educator in the online environment, this is what is missing. Our kids need to see the world as a partner and fully living member of our communities! It's so essential for us to share these concepts and to learn from young minds the innovative possibilities of a future with respect for the planet!
I love all of your episodes, but especially this one. 🥰 I taught the kids in our school garden and there was nothing I looked forward to more than the excitement they felt when they got to experience seed to table.
When I moved here in US I was amaze with the land that we have but I was saddened why we didn’t have garden in the school here. I was taught since first grade to high school about gardening at the school we had our own beds to take care and every year. It was easy for me because my family is a farmer.
Miss seeing your show on PBS or Create, I have learned much over the years watching your show thanks. Only wish I had an interest in gardening earlier in life
Great video! Very important to teach them young. Having the most important life skill will insure that no matter how much money is made, a family can stay well fed.
Awesome work! I’m getting my boys involved in gardening as I learn to foodscape my front yard 😊
I really enjoyed watching this episode and how the children got involved with their neighbor. It made me want to be better with my own kids.
Reap what you sow. What a concept for kids to learn and share.🦋🌷
