All communities and countries are tribal in one way or the other - only that their tribalism is based on ideals such as size of government, social services, labor etc... Kenya needs to stop being tribal based on ethnicity and become more tribal based our lines of work (teachers, doctors, coffee/ wheat/ maize farmers, matatu drivers, business men), interests (tourism, education, sports, arts, music) and then interrogate prospective leaders on the basis of those tribe.
