My favorite part about this exchange is how Chase tried to set up a whole “kinning” subplot but they never mention it again for the entire rest of the dub
I feel like Memphis looking like Shadow is the kinning thing.
If Memphis started out in his crystal form, then looked more and more like Shadow later into the story, it would have been brought up again.

God the delivery of "Welcome to Tilted Towers" was so good it actually sounded menacing
I love how he spends a good 10 seconds of pure coughing just to dispense over a minute's worth of pure gold.
Funnily enough, when Rouge and Shadow disappeared, the animation still put in more effort as it put in "poof" after the characters disappeared.
In the original, they just disappeared and that was it.
Can we just appreciate how Memphis Tennessee was able to stop Shadow from beating him by simply stiffing him. Thats a pro-tip right their!
