If you're utilizing this for an upper level anatomy course the "Tibial A.,V., & N." could also be referred to as the "Posterior tibial A.,V., & N.". It is simply a continuation of the tibial structures but changes its name to "Posterior" once it gets to the tarsal tunnel as these structures traverse posterior to the medial malleolus. They are NOT branches so don't get confused!
