I've been trying to address the ends of my hair being thinner than I'd like so I'm open to suggestions. I'm thinking I'm going to just give myself a blunt cut and start oiling my ends. I've been concentrating on scalp health which will yield results but as my hair gets thicker at the root, it's highlighting these transparent ends. Ugh!
But baby, the clip-ins came in clutch. They are so flat and when the weather cools down, I can definitely see using them more often for added thickness and length. Reminds me of my sew-in days

Do an evaluation of your hair and diet. If you ends are brittle and splitting then it's best to cut them. If that's not the case I would avoid heat! Increase moisturizing and sealing your ends. Switch braiding patterns under your wigs.

Man, you're right. I gotta bite the bullet. I wait too long between trims I think. I'm gonna bump it up to 3-4 months instead of twice a year. I thought that since I left my hair alone most the time, I'd be i-ight.

Maybe it’s because you never wear your hair out that tour hair is thin. Your hair needs to breath more and needs more fresh air and sunlight for the best growth
