I just want to say that being a Hindu from Bharatvansh (India) I find this tradition of Kumari very relatable. In my place also we worship each n every small girl as a form of Goddess Durga, till the girl hits puberty. I know there is a difference coz in your place the Goddess is selected from a particular clan, in a particular manner. And in my place very girl child is considered a goddess. But the concept behind is same na... That the Mother Goddess reincarnates in the form of little girls. Long live our religion which respects everyone 🚩🚩
