- We might not be able to travel to Hawaii or Italy right now, but I may have a quick solution - Catalina Island! It’s only 1 hour away from LA by boat, and is the closest thing to paradise!
Even if travel is slowly picking up, you might still wonder what places are currently available to travel to that are SAFE. I am happy to say, Catalina Island is open for visitors. and taking all of the precautions! So if you’re local or from out of town, add this to your “places to visit now” list.

Catalina island has beeeeen on my list for places in SoCal to visit for the longest time but I still haven’t gotten the chance yet ☹️ the submarine ride to see the fishes/underwater life looks so like so much fun 💛

I went to Catalina Island about 6 years, and i remember how beautiful it was. It is such a gorgeous island close to Cali. Loved seeing your experience, and your outfits were so cute during the whole trip!

Going next week to Catalina wanted to know if they check luggage before going on boat
you put the luggage at the front of the boat and you pick up when you dock ☺️
What a fabulous little getaway! All those boats on the water...be still my heart. Did I see a mojito colada??? Tell me more! This is a quaint little place with so many things to do and I am totally digging it.

What documentation do we need to bring for check-in on the catalina express?
You don’t! 🙂 maybe just bring a regular ID

What are the requirements ? Do you need a passport ?
Hey! The two ways to get to Catalina island is via helicopter or boat. For the boat, all you need is a ticket from one of the harbors, and they do temp checks prior to boarding.

It was only two days but seemed like a nice fun getaway, I like the restaurants you went to breakfast and dinner and especially icecream. Ur right these little treats can be so good especially in times like these.
