我地係North York中心(1號線Finch station至Sheppard-Yonge)，都方便同安全，有subway附近都多超市亦有政府部門(Service Ontario, Service Toronto)，North York 右邊 Bayview station個條線附近都不錯，Downtown就人多D雜少少但就更方便，有車的話就多D選擇，建議短租(1-2個月)住近Subway附近先，周圍睇下嘅環境啱唔啱自己再決定長租😉

千萬唔好租emerald 綠樓，漏水兼垃圾房好臭兼成日壞電梯㗎。
解釋一下Dollarama。以前Dollarama的確大部分東西都是$1，所以以前裡面的大部分的東西都沒標價的（除了那些低於$1的商品）。後來通貨膨漲+業務擴展，dollarama的東西就不再只有$1以內的東西了。
Whole Food 賣organic野，附近最貴係佢，對面間Food Basic 同loblaws都平過佢

之前以為蔬果類會平過香港 諗住可以黎到狂食牛油果 可能仲未發掘到～

我覺得，你長租的話，最好就租你上學/上班附近。其實多倫多除了Jane夾Finch那個區，治安都不差。當然啦，去到任何一個地方都不要一個人夜麻麻到處走。
