    Looks like he has fallen for a TH-cam "Guru", The problem for him is 1, the prosecution will tear him to shreds, and 2, it's him not his "Guru" who will suffer the consequences of his advice.

    👩‍⚖️ If the guy thinks he can get out of a felony for assaulting a cop because the cop should’ve never stopped him because he didn’t match the description, and he is sadly mistaken. Those two things have absolutely nothing to do with each other.
    That could possibly be used in a civil lawsuit For unlawful detainment, but that is very unlikely, really extremely unlikely.
