Not necessarily. Limbus (and every other PM game, for that matter) is terribly optimized. Even on high-end phones, certain fights are a complete pain purely due to how hot the device can get. Lob Corp is notorious for running barely subpar even on pcs that meet its requirements for PC specs. Even Limbus Company has this issue.
