In the past I used to resonate with Lofi Girl, and life was really easygoing and simple. But things kept taking turns, and recently its been pretty hard to find the joy out of the things I once loved again. After seeing a channel that I once listened to daily posting playlists to help "escape" my hardships and struggles, I just couldn't help but it out, and I'm really grateful that I did. It's almost as if I grew up from Lofi Girl to see the hardships with characters like Lofi Boy, and it's really comforting to know that these struggles aren't just what I face alone. "your name" is a romantic movie movie by makoto shinkai the story is about two people who got their bodies swaped with eachother mitsuha and taki so the thing is story starts with waking up in a different body mitsuha always wanted to be a city girl and taki wanted a peaceful life they didn't knew eachother but they left messages for eachother each day when they sleep again so they put some conditions on eachother and agreed to it , one day something happened and their body swapped thing stopped suddenly taki found it strange and many days passed taki finally made up hit to got and see mitsuha their he felt great shock when he visited her home town the whole town was devasted how ? A meteor crashed in the town and no one survived how mitsuha was able to swap body with tali because they exceeded the boundary of space and time but with time that space got closed and he was unable to swap body with her but story didn't end there taki searched under a huge treee he found a bottel fo sake and a cup which had fermented rice or something like that the lengends in the story was that if someone drank those spewed rice they are your true love taki drank that and was able to tell about the meteor incident to mitsuhsa survived but they didn't met taki came back the town was still in destroyed manner he started looking for mitsuha and he heard her voice so close yet distant they met when twilight was set ( when it's neither day not night the time in between both events ) later taki saw mitsuha in train and tried to catch her she stopped at a station and in last we saw them crossing a stair in opposite directions when they reached the end of their stairs in opposite directions they both said simultaneously the iconic title and most iconic line of this anime ( kimi no nawa ) what is your name the story, do I know your name , mitsuha said in sweet voice to taki hai (yes) the story ended the lovers who were tangled by the red thread of fate met eachother in last ended watch it for yourself it's worth watching don't know how or where to watch don't worry leave it your senpai first go to Google search aniwatch apk download the app choose anime domain personal opinion gogo anime and aniwatch search in the search bar of domain your name find the movie watch it in sub or dub it's up to you personal preferences watch it on sub iw as in tears in last watching anime for 5 years + experience ❤❤❤ I can assure u it is the best value for your time

Idk if I'm reading a bit too much into this, but I think Lofi Girl and SynthWave possibly represent us --> work of smth & then disassociate from reality somehow. When you look at Lofi Girl, the way she's studying is less of "I really want to study" and more like "I need to study." Which alludes to how many students may be studying bc they have to and not bc they want to, which can spiral into the idea of people doing things in life that they might not find interesting due to various factors (ex. expectations, salary, upbringing, etc). As for Synthwave, similar to how other people have stated, he appears to be stressed and is disassociating from reality late at night which can allude to how daily life is stressful and that people have different ways of stepping back from the real world.
If you think of it this way, LofiGirl and SynthWave are like the sun and moon. They live in harmony and rarely cross paths --> I doubt we'll see them together.
