+Emmet Kiernan He typically has another guitarist with him to play that part. Both guitar parts have a very particular amount of distortion and have to be played separately. He could ultimately just provide a back track to the song but I'm sure Akira would consider that cheating. (as do most musicians who care about their live performances.)
I agree but if you play guitar it is actually very easy to do. Do a harmonic on the 12th fret with a little whammy bar on these strings in this order; D-G-e-A

Akira didn't even bother to play the solo of the song. It's like... the best part of the song, if not the most important. Hell even the band that made a cover of this song on TH-cam, they did bothered to play the solo.

I don't think he is good live. Hate me for it but composing a game soundtrack and playing live with a band are 2 totally different beasts. Yamaoka is living proof for that. I still appreciate that he is doing it since thousands of fans love to see it, but quality wise, this is torment.
@@spookytalesfromthebayou3390 She's not singing fast, just the drum's tempo are faster than original, so everyone needs to play at the same speed that drums does. You can see this with Slipknot and Eloy his tempo make the band sound in time

It throws it off and I don't like it live now. That was the part that gets me hyped from the get go.
