At one point I couldn't go more than 3 days without drinking. Now I can go months without drinking. But manage to convince myself to have that *one drink* some times I don't enjoy it and I don't have the second drink... Other times I love it and drink for a few days and make an absolute mess of my life. I just can't seem to be totally rid of the obsession.
