I thought Stefanie was going to bust out some dance moves at 0:18. I feel like we need to be very careful walking in this house so as not to break any of the sculptures. It looks more of a museum than a home. Still stunning though.

Stephanie, as always spectacular property! Location is fabulous. All the amenities one needs. However, I will state their decor is a bit too much and a clashing of colors and clutter. My opinion only I’m sure lol. Which leads me to the question; is furniture, mirrors large items like paintings etc included in sales? If so how often? Would it be part of the purchasing price, or in addition to? I realize many items family heirlooms and will be removed. I’m torn in the expense of furnishing such a big place, so every little bit helps. I WOULD be recovering some items lol. Thank you as all your hard work pays off and your sales soar! 🙏🏻🤔❤️
Thank you for the questions... most properties do not come furished, however for those that do it is very subjectie on the owner. Some owners wanto to leave everything while others are willing to leave a part of it. in both cases the price of the furniture is usually calculated separately from the sale price of the property - Stefanie

No I don't believe that is the case, if there are pieces that could be of interest then there could be the possibility to find an agreement, but if not is would be emptied - Stefanie
