Steamranger Heritage Railway: The Southern Encounter to Goolwa With Rx 224

Because of a derailment outside of Port Elliot, the Southern Encounter from Mt. Barker could not terminate at Victor Harbor. Instead, Goolwa was going to be where the train will terminate.
The Southern Encounter for the 18th of June 2023 was hauled by Rx class no. 224. This train was meant to be an Rx double header with Rx 207 and 224, but Rx 207 could not run.
