Your hair has come along and your hair so much healthier this time around. You should do a AVC Rinse to make sure there is no excessive build up within the locks . Thank you for the video
A Jonny since you know alot about locs i need yo help wit sum. I been get comb coils retwisted every 2 weeks for about 3 months after growing out a 7 month Afro there budding but they always shrink up and Maintain like 1/3 of the length of when they were originally twisted also it does really seem like there thickin up so im thinking about taking these out since my hairs not locked and locking my hair off 2 strand twist so I wanna know how long will it take to lock my hair and how often should I get a retwist
If you can deal with the short look then I think you're good but as I said in the video, the longer your hair the better. As far as retwisting, it really depends on your hair texture. With 4C I'd say no more than once a month but personally I think 6 weeks is a good amount of time between retwist.
