I doubted if there's a a pastor of Deeper Life Bible Church that would resign from the call of God if truly he was called by God because pastor Kumuyi charge the citizens to be supportive to the government. It's obvious many people don't know the counsel of God on the conduct of what a preacher is allowed to do and not to do publicly. If pastor Kumuyi has message for t president Tinubu it is not right for him to start talking from his pulpit or talk publicly. No ! The Bible forbids that. What the Bible ask him us to do as preachers to pray for those in government. Whether the process is fraudulent or not , the matter is already in the court. Let court decide. But whether we like it or not, at this present time, Bola Tinubu is the president of Nigeria.. So what is the crime that pastor Kumuyi said we should be supportive to the government. What do expect him to say? That Nigerians should rebel against the government because Labour Party and Peter Obi has case in court. How reasonable is that to you? That he should disobey the word of God because of people opinion? I rather obey God, and carry my cross for obeying God's word. And still pray that God forgives my critics for they know not what they are doing. That's exactly what pastor Kumuyi has done. And if a resign from God 's work because pastor obeys the injunction of God, he must be a Judas that God decided to use this situation to flush out of His vineyard

The pastor in question should better come back to his primary assignment. I was there when our daddy made his God given view. He followed the biblical injunction that we should obey them that have rule over us and pray for the present government. He even challenged us about the life of Joseph who turned the economic condition of Egyptians around. My advice now is that everybody should go back to God. Jesus is coming back very soon. Stop blaming the government for the situation of the nation but repent and believe the gospel. Hell fire is waiting for those who are commiting sins.
