YES! she's light and dark, she's more integrated then most people on earth, i cannot f believe that people keep talking about her "darkness" or doubt about it, IT DOES NOT MATTER who she is, sometimes I think that people that comment in her videos didn't watch all of her FREE content because they say things like that, what matters is that she has saved many many lives, nobody that is dominated by darkness would do that. Anyone who's read the Psalms or Proverbs knows spirituality is NOT a happy days kind of blissful ignorance. Its sometimes soul rending, but having deeply rooted beliefs helps tremendously. Read the book of Job as one point where absolute human tragedy of the highest possible pain and torture is endured. That is what faith gets you. Spirituality is mans false way of answering the problem of the soul without actually filling the soul with what is was built to hold: the saving, trusting knowledge of the man known as Jesus of Nazareth, and walking, following his ways, by sacrificing our feral-man/womanly ways of hedonism and self gratification.

@@dianeibsen5994 looking back I think I always new, by comments I would make about love and everything being one, that usually ended with me getting paddled for disrespecting the religion. I began to conform do to the fear, but then rebelled at the age of 17. Having zero idea of how to live in the real world I ended up spending a weekend in the country jail at the age of 20. Knowing that wasn’t the life I wanted I went back and really tried to walk their walk even to the point of becoming an assistant pastor. I than ended up leaving again with pressure from the church because I took a stand against all the sexual abuse in the culture and the way they were treating women as way less than. I was basically told I had to leave so they could continue on the way they wanted to. Then came the real hell but it brought out my true heaven so I will always be grateful!!

In A Course in Miracles, Manual for Teachers, a question on reincarnation, J says, all your lessons will come to you that u need to resolve, and u dont need to know past lives, even though i have gotten several and found them quite helpful. This is similar to ancestral work, as we may have been some of our ancestors. To me, the ancestral work, desribed, feels like letting the ego take the lead, to heal, when if your primary focus is on connectiing with your HigherSelf, inner teacher and healer, all one, you'll get exactly what u need to work on at the right time, and all it takes is intent and willingness. I noticed that and it really bothered me and I've seen the same patterns with a lot of interviewers, they just jump from one fascinating topic that's a lot more into it to another!
People need to truly connect now, more than ever. But that also became more difficult than ever. I think many realise and have the (conscious) need to connect, but they do not know how and where to start, and their efforts are often discouraged or misunderstood. The concepts of how we 'have to behave and act' in variety of situations have to be dropped - to start with. But people have the courage to change patterns and concepts often find themselves at the other end of what they want to achieve, being labelled, isolated and alone instead of connected.
I judge child molesters and pedophiles as people I would not want to babysit my children. Does that discernment make me NOT understand something within myself? What you stated is not always applicable. We need MORE correct Judgement and lots more Discernment.
I don't like that countries' politicians are leading war between Ukraine and Russia, also causing whole Europe to suffer on energy prices although we are still in a financial crisis. And repeating the same pattern we had before WW2 and probably before WW1 too. What part of me don't I understand here? A more simple example. I don't like seeing people running into a buzz saw. What part of me don't I understand here? What Teal was saying is that other people are a fragment of the universe and you are a fragment of the universe. Which means, we are all fragments of the same. That's why the probability is very high that you can understand anyone. So it's not about disliking, it's about not understanding others. You absolutely can dislike something in your loved one and still love him/her. What's true is that if you dislike a complete person, you usually don't know/understand the person. But that's not because what you don't like about them is what you don't understand about you. It is because you just know one or a few facets of the person and don't know why they do what they do and/or don't know the good things they do.
Thank you teal for always being so real. I was feeling pretty lost in this time, but this makes so much sense. Relationships have always been my agony and I’ve come so far but things are still so horrible. I’m here to implement some type of change I know that, but the resistance mechanisms I have developed are so debilitating I can’t seem to do anything.

Somebody years ago suggested I imagine a mirror on my chest to deal with a woman in work who was, for want of a better word, bullying me. The change in her was stunning. Whenever she was near, this mirror went up, and I smiled at her, as she continued to say barbarous words at me. It honestly didn't take much time for her words to start to flounder, and for her to become the nice person to me as she was to everyone else. Really strange. This has reminded me. That mirror is coming out again when needed. Aside from that Teal Swan is amazing in her delivery of her lessons. She said so much truth that I truly feel yet afraid to admit Fearsome warrior. When you laugh continually throughout your podcasts at very serious and important topics it leaves me feeling contracted and it breaks the value of the important points the speaker is making . It also feels as though your energy is ungrounded and your energy needs to come down and be more rooted with your guest and audience. . I have not subscribed to your channel due to that. I believe shifting thst would enable you to reach more lives and make more of an impact in the world and more importantly for yourself and those close to you, blessings to you and thank you .
Laughter in weird places is nervousness. Nervousness is about uncertainty and lack of presence. From the state of presence it is easy to give space for others and let them shine.
His loud laugh when he talking is annoying as I miss what he's saying and nothing is that funny for him to guffaw like that. This is a serious podcast. Not a comedic one.
He is great. Authentic feedback here I see, but from my perspective there is no thing wrong with laughter. If you understand that we are all dealing with the gravity of our own existence in our individual ways, laughter seems harmless, and even welcomed.
It's so hard to be authentic and do the best you can when you know your busy dealing with PTSD all the time.... Some people steal even when they don't have to. Just because they get away with hurting someone so much they almost destroy another. Hopefully my life has some meaning to help humanity before I die. When you put your pain in front of people. They don't care. There has to be a greater purpose for all my insane experiences. Dealing with the dangerous ones. If not I know I did my best and died with honor. Never been on top. Always suppressed and always fighting for my life, simply for working so hard at the bottom and being the best person and mother I could be.
You blew me away Teal. Around the 46-minute mark, when you explained human response patterns to 'discomfort'. That is reflected in my own life. It took a whole lot for me to change my circumstances so that I could follow a healing path that would allow me to help others more. Thank you for explaining it in a way I could understand it. I do not want to become borg. It is difficult to wake people up to what is coming if we do not change direction (make a choice).

The person working in the pie store could be an ascended master whose highest guidance wants them to be there for a reason. So many paradoxes. This is an inspiring, enlightening program, and yet i was reminded of what most call " the real world", in the commercials, unfortunately, about how we need our guns and hidden food supplies to "survive" when s__t hits the fan, prepare for the worst scenario, and be prepared to fight for the physical body. Ive been a nurse in a nursing home with several religious who are terrified of death. Even i fear the transition sometimes, after 2 NDE's, long ago. Shadow work will find us all, but it is really wise to focus on that before life comes after you. I've been aggressively focused on Shadow work for about 2 years. The worrisome part is the systems and the percentage of sociopaths in positions of power. It is clear to me that the powers that be, especially in the "justice" system and economic system, are preying on the people. A lot of old dynamics around slavery and exploitation still exist but with greater denial and sleek exteriors. It's more subversive.
@@vixenxiiitarot wow, thanks for asking . . . If you came to this life to burn karma, as I believe I did, it's all shadow work. I personally struggle to focus on new creations in the systems context aforementioned. I hope I can get it together. My external life does not reflect the inner work and strength. That's something that still comes up in dreams. How much do we have to hide to get along with the world and / or do we have enough courage and resources to build our alternative now. There's a lot of burden on the individual. We all need more support, but maybe not in the framework that currently exists with expensive licensed therapists and such.
Much of what Teal shares is an angle of truth. However the way she has started to filter the information she shares about what she calls “the shadows” that “other people don’t want to look at” and the way that she speaks certain doom filled statements with the intention of MAKING you feel the urgency behind her beliefs. That feeds her Ego, when her words have impact and we take her seriously. Teal is correct that we are all darkness and light. You should all take her at her word and understand that part of her darkness likes to have shocking impact on peoples energy fields. She feeds off of it. She gets a charge when you walk around worrying about the future because of her words. She speaks to create impact, so her energy gets inside of your field and she can affect your bio electromagnetic field. A shaman pulled her thought forms out of my energy field last year. Teal is not Evil, she’s human (at least in this life) just like the rest of us. But believe her when she says that bad things are going to be happening in her dimension of reality. Her urge to MAKE people feel things is going to swing back around on her, and she’s going to FEEL the impact that she’s been looking to have within her own being.
I resonate so much with Teal's teachings and wonder if it's because I was raised with spiritual & metaphysical teachings from my parents early on and also they did enough "spiritual bypassing" that caused harm and trauma which lead to a lifelong healing journey that led me to some dark places emotionally, mentally & physically. I feel like this world took a turn somewhere that we are headed to implode to matter what. After a life of fighting i feel like there’s no point anymore. My body is too broken now to be a warrior. I did not have children because I did not want my legacy to be here in this place and time. There’s not much left to learn here. It will be pushed out by mind numbing socializing. It is a hard life I have only seen you so far willing to tackle.
Great stuff. As I am a narcissist, I foolishly believed I was somehow special. In that state of being, I viewed the world as vary broken. Just being authentic. My attitude was, "Let's fix the world. I was in ICU and after coming back to life I fall in love with some1 that was in jail. Once we were back from there we just wanted to do good in society and we both left our religion behind.
Kundalini awakening in 2012 here followed by several years on antipsychotics during which nine solid years of trauma healing. Much trauma both sides and healed the time/blood lines. I don't think it's about light or darkness at all, both of those are a dualistic system, a dualistic truth. 20% of my life smashing trauma made me realise it's all about authenticity, acceptance of ourselves and surrender to the flow of things, to intuition when we can.
This is a perspective of one woman…. I feel there has been so much progress and the young people will change things. They are smart and more aware than we were from an early age. They are not as neurotic as the older generation and they are much kinder. I see it all the time. In REAL life.
Yes we can change things, and we are slowly doing it ! But the human race has been so out of alignment that some thing are not avoidable at this point. Look at the climate, at the pollution ,look at the genocides and wars. We can create a better future ,but those are difficult lessons that humanity has to go true. She has said many times that she wouldn't tell something if it was possible to avoid it ,so as to not discourage people and make them feel bad. She has gotten to the point where she sees that tragedies are going to happen ,so we better learn and prepare . She is extrasensory and a very good one. And not just one women. I have interest in extrasensory people and have read a lot. I am telling you every single one says that awful things are coming. Maybe in my lifetime ,maybe in my childrens or my grandchildren ,but it's already getting dangerous. I am saying this from Bulgaria. The country famous with many extrasensory people. More than 12 really good ones for a country not so big. They are predicting wars and famine and drought and bigger pandemics. It's sad but I too feel this in the air. I am a crystal child myself and my intuition is very strong. It saddens me everyday that my future may hold bad things. But better safe than sorry

I feel like I didn't choose to be here and I really don't like it but here I am...making the f'ing effort to live with ethics/morals, to explore and understand consciousness, to become aware of Natural Law, to connect with others, to educate myself, to understand, to be creative, and to apply wisdom and kindness and hopefully assist with our collective consciousness and path. I am practically bringing myself to the table kicking and screaming because while there is beauty and energy here, I really deep down am not enjoying this experience and do not want to be here.
I had so much childhood stuff, so many apalling things happened. Recently my mothers patterns have not totally gone. Im my mothers daughter. Im so fed up and hsbe been a doormat. Im doing the inner work now with a therapist and Teals stuff is similarly to Anthony de Mello. . Ive learnt that you can read all the self help books but once you get triggered you back in childhood. My mother is Irish and dad Indian. I think she loved the Indian hospitality and chaos. I think travel and meeting different people is great.

Yes I never understood why people say the cycle we are in is mirroring Lemuria, Lemuria was a united goal and being in service to the whole. Now it is much more like Atlantis, starting off looking like you are aligning but going off into warring factions and secret groups looking for power and huge leaps in technology going too fast and then being misused, potentially leading to a fall.

I began to conform do to the fear, but then rebelled at the age of 17. Having zero idea of how to live in the real world I ended up spending a weekend in the country jail at the age of 20. Knowing that wasn’t the life I wanted I went back and really tried to walk their walk even to the point of becoming an assistant pastor. I than ended up leaving again with pressure from the church because I took a stand against all the sexual abuse in the culture and the way they were treating women as way less than. I was basically told I had to leave so they could continue on the way they wanted to. Then came the real hell but it brought out my true heaven so I will always be grateful!!

I think many realise and have the (conscious) need to connect, but they do not know how and where to start, and their efforts are often discouraged or misunderstood. The concepts of how we 'have to behave and act' in variety of situations have to be dropped - to start with. But people have the courage to change patterns and concepts often find themselves at the other end of what they want to achieve, being labelled, isolated and alone instead of connected.

Somebody years ago suggested I imagine a mirror on my chest to deal with a woman in work who was, for want of a better word, bullying me.
The change in her was stunning.
Whenever she was near, this mirror went up, and I smiled at her, as she continued to say barbarous words at me. It honestly didn't take much time for her words to start to flounder, and for her to become the nice person to me as she was to everyone else. Really strange. This has reminded me. That mirror is coming out again when needed.

Laughter in weird places is nervousness. Nervousness is about uncertainty and lack of presence. From the state of presence it is easy to give space for others and let them shine.
His loud laugh when he talking is annoying as I miss what he's saying and nothing is that funny for him to guffaw like that. This is a serious podcast. Not a comedic one.
He is great. Authentic feedback here I see, but from my perspective there is no thing wrong with laughter. If you understand that we are all dealing with the gravity of our own existence in our individual ways, laughter seems harmless, and even welcomed.
It's so hard to be authentic and do the best you can when you know your busy dealing with PTSD all the time.... Some people steal even when they don't have to. Just because they get away with hurting someone so much they almost destroy another. Hopefully my life has some meaning to help humanity before I die. When you put your pain in front of people. They don't care. There has to be a greater purpose for all my insane experiences. Dealing with the dangerous ones. If not I know I did my best and died with honor. Never been on top. Always suppressed and always fighting for my life, simply for working so hard at the bottom and being the best person and mother I could be.

Shadow work will find us all, but it is really wise to focus on that before life comes after you. I've been aggressively focused on Shadow work for about 2 years.
The worrisome part is the systems and the percentage of sociopaths in positions of power. It is clear to me that the powers that be, especially in the "justice" system and economic system, are preying on the people. A lot of old dynamics around slavery and exploitation still exist but with greater denial and sleek exteriors. It's more subversive.

I personally struggle to focus on new creations in the systems context aforementioned. I hope I can get it together. My external life does not reflect the inner work and strength. That's something that still comes up in dreams. How much do we have to hide to get along with the world and / or do we have enough courage and resources to build our alternative now. There's a lot of burden on the individual. We all need more support, but maybe not in the framework that currently exists with expensive licensed therapists and such.

Much of what Teal shares is an angle of truth. However the way she has started to filter the information she shares about what she calls “the shadows” that “other people don’t want to look at” and the way that she speaks certain doom filled statements with the intention of MAKING you feel the urgency behind her beliefs. That feeds her Ego, when her words have impact and we take her seriously. Teal is correct that we are all darkness and light. You should all take her at her word and understand that part of her darkness likes to have shocking impact on peoples energy fields. She feeds off of it. She gets a charge when you walk around worrying about the future because of her words. She speaks to create impact, so her energy gets inside of your field and she can affect your bio electromagnetic field. A shaman pulled her thought forms out of my energy field last year. Teal is not Evil, she’s human (at least in this life) just like the rest of us. But believe her when she says that bad things are going to be happening in her dimension of reality. Her urge to MAKE people feel things is going to swing back around on her, and she’s going to FEEL the impact that she’s been looking to have within her own being.

oh my goodness, brilliant reference to creating food out of season and the negative outcome of how we manifest more of what we don't want from living in fear.
I was in ICU and after coming back to life I fall in love with some1 that was in jail.
Once we were back from there we just wanted to do good in society and we both left our religion behind.
Kundalini awakening in 2012 here followed by several years on antipsychotics during which nine solid years of trauma healing. Much trauma both sides and healed the time/blood lines. I don't think it's about light or darkness at all, both of those are a dualistic system, a dualistic truth. 20% of my life smashing trauma made me realise it's all about authenticity, acceptance of ourselves and surrender to the flow of things, to intuition when we can.
This is a perspective of one woman…. I feel there has been so much progress and the young people will change things. They are smart and more aware than we were from an early age. They are not as neurotic as the older generation and they are much kinder. I see it all the time. In REAL life.
Yes we can change things, and we are slowly doing it ! But the human race has been so out of alignment that some thing are not avoidable at this point. Look at the climate, at the pollution ,look at the genocides and wars. We can create a better future ,but those are difficult lessons that humanity has to go true. She has said many times that she wouldn't tell something if it was possible to avoid it ,so as to not discourage people and make them feel bad. She has gotten to the point where she sees that tragedies are going to happen ,so we better learn and prepare . She is extrasensory and a very good one. And not just one women. I have interest in extrasensory people and have read a lot. I am telling you every single one says that awful things are coming. Maybe in my lifetime ,maybe in my childrens or my grandchildren ,but it's already getting dangerous. I am saying this from Bulgaria. The country famous with many extrasensory people. More than 12 really good ones for a country not so big. They are predicting wars and famine and drought and bigger pandemics. It's sad but I too feel this in the air. I am a crystal child myself and my intuition is very strong. It saddens me everyday that my future may hold bad things. But better safe than sorry

I feel like I didn't choose to be here and I really don't like it but here I am...making the f'ing effort to live with ethics/morals, to explore and understand consciousness, to become aware of Natural Law, to connect with others, to educate myself, to understand, to be creative, and to apply wisdom and kindness and hopefully assist with our collective consciousness and path. I am practically bringing myself to the table kicking and screaming because while there is beauty and energy here, I really deep down am not enjoying this experience and do not want to be here.
I had so much childhood stuff, so many apalling things happened. Recently my mothers patterns have not totally gone. Im my mothers daughter. Im so fed up and hsbe been a doormat. Im doing the inner work now with a therapist and Teals stuff is similarly to Anthony de Mello. . Ive learnt that you can read all the self help books but once you get triggered you back in childhood.
My mother is Irish and dad Indian. I think she loved the Indian hospitality and chaos. I think travel and meeting different people is great.

Yes I never understood why people say the cycle we are in is mirroring Lemuria, Lemuria was a united goal and being in service to the whole. Now it is much more like Atlantis, starting off looking like you are aligning but going off into warring factions and secret groups looking for power and huge leaps in technology going too fast and then being misused, potentially leading to a fall.
