Apologies for all the hassle, Use the arrow keys buttons to switch to the LCD display or to change options, and press OK to select.
Several setup pages will be displayed.
    1. To turn the camera ON/OFF, use the ON/SETUP/OFF switch.
In the ON position, the camera turns on. In the OFF position, the camera turns off.
    2. The switch must be on SETUP to make your initial changes.
    3. When the switch is on SETUP, press OK to open the MENU:
    • Set the language (English, Français, Deutsch)
    • Set the date (MM/DD/YY or DD/MM/YY)
    • Set the time (12 h or 24 h)
    • Set the temperature (°F/°C). www.spypoint.com/upload/manuals/Manuel_FORCE_PRO_EN_v1.2.pdf

Hi there, the Force-Pro is not a cell camera, which means that if you wanna view the pictures, you will have to retrieve them directly from the SD card. Thank you-km

How long does the Spypoint Force Pro last shooting 4k video with the 8xAA batteries?

    • @Spypoint
      @Spypoint 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

Hi Samuel! It will depend on the recording settings you choose, such as 10, 20, 30, or 60 seconds. The more activity the camera captures, the more battery it will use.

You are telling people the camera takes a 2-32 GB SD card here below in a response to someone (Security Supreme) inquiring about upgrading your camera to 128GB. And in reality, that is true, it will only take a 2-32 GB SD card. The problem I have is in the users manual on page 5 it tells people it WILL take a 128 GB SD card. As a result of that comment in the manual I went out and bought a 128 GB SD card for $24.99 and tried it out only to have issues with the video. I contacted your support team on your website via chat with Katrina Rochelle about the issues and that is how I found out that the camera won't take anything more than 32 GB. In my mind, SPYPOINT owes me $24.99 because your manual told me that is what the camera will take. What do you think, SPYPOINT ?

Hi Army69, could you confirm to which model users manual you are referring ? All the ones I checked do say 2-32 if there is an error in one we would like to know so we can correct it. Kind regards, -BV

@@Spypoint The users manual I’m referring to is the Force Pro users manual on your website. When you go to the “Products” section on your homepage and then the “Find Solutions and Answers” and the select the “Force Pro” camera it takes you to the “Documentation” section for that camera and in that section is the “Quick Start Guide”. That document on page 5 states at the top of the page in white font with a gray background “The camera was designed to operate with an SD card between 2 and 128 GB of memory.” In addition lower on that page it states “Insert an SD card (up to 128GB) in the slot….. This is what I based my purchase on. Please let me know what you believe should happen at this point. Thank you for the opportunity to help you find this error.

Hi Army69to72, I have verified with the team and yes, due that the Force-Pro is a non-cellular camera, you can use up to 128GB memory card with it. Hope this helps Thank you for your patience. -KM

@@Spypoint I had a 128GB SD card installed and had issues with the camera. Some videos were all black with sound, some taken during the day were black and white instead of color. I chatted with Katarina Rochelle and she said to update the firmware and sent me a link for it. The problem is the link didn’t work. And if you check your website for this camera you’ll see there is no firmware available. So, don’t tell me 128GB SD card will work. I wasted my money and expect SPYPOINT to either refund it or send me a new camera. Your choice. Please respond.

I don't back this company at all! My camera (which is not this particular camera) quit taking pictures and I received absolutely no help from Customer Service. Same thing happened to my cousins camera and they replaced it for free. Must be a guy thing and girls don't know how to hunt ... UGH!!
