the JD lift is some lift from Sweden the River Island lift uses IMEM controller The Murray lift dosen't have a plate because only SEC lifts has a plate when they are installed so the company can put their logo onto it (like in HoF)

Jackson went haywire with the lift at WH Smith’s because they just had to make it in the worst condition possible. This is one of many reasons why I hate Jackson Lift Group.
@@NCHLT I also done a video on the second lift in this video but I could only film it going down to the lower ground floor of the shopping centre. At some point on my channel if I go to Kingston again, I’ll try filming the lift not only going down to the lower ground floor but also going up to the second floor then down to the ground floor.

Jackson may not do the maintenance any more.
It's uncommon for a store like WHSmith to have a glass lift. It looks like a mod of an older lift. Possibly an Evans or Kone/Schindler M Series.
