this wisdom will eventually come back to the rest of the world... when we learn together that civilisation and cities are not necessarily the same thing... civilisations have risen and then fallen... yet we still have war... how can they call it civilisation?

The sound, the word is mighty - knowledge is based on the hidden power of language - nowadays totally unknown - therefore the wisdom of the ancients can only return if somebody is able to
    rediscover it!

    Kia ora Bro..
Hei paatai taku.. I was wondering of the wahi called Mauke. It sounds very familiar cause there are people from raro whose surname ends with Ma'uke ? Like one of those dancers named Joyce Fortes "Mauke".is it coz their tupuna are from the Ma'uke region ??

Kia ora bro, her name is Joyce Fortes, I suspect they added Mauke to the video title you might have seen, because in the dancing competition, Te Maire nui, it's so people know which island they represent.
Mauke was named for the tipuna, Uke Ariki... Mauke = For Uke. kia ora rā

It's sad that we don't have storytellers and wisemen in our modern industrialoized societies. They though with their hearts rather than their heads abnd they were in touch with their intuitive nature.
    They had Wisdom.

This is 1 of the stories and chants that my mum doesn't like telling us because it's rude how Kupatoa killed Kainuku and his chant to Kainuku
