There is no street in Addis Ababa where you can walk peacefully without dust, cars, traffic noise, or huge pits on the sidewalk. You just can never relax. When crossing the road, you are putting your life and limb at risk. You are also at risk of tripping on the cobblestone streets. Addis is being built for cars, not for people, it is not a livable city.
