We're both excited about visiting, in particular, my wife wants to go to Majetik Market to look for fabrics (she's a clothes designer). Do you have any suggestions on the best way to get to CGK airport to the city? Is Bluebird Taxi better, or should we take the train into city and then take taxi to South Jakarta?
