I went there last month with HAL and the shuttle to town was free. Split is better but Dubrovnik is their pearl!
Nice to hear you had a great time with HAL! Free shuttle to town? RC is charging a fee for all shuttles, the only free ones are inIndustrial port that will take you to the gate.

That yacht is owned by David Wilson worth $1Billion - he's a US guy head of Wilson cars or such. Good luck to him but I can't help thinking that that kind of money is pretty crazy! Glad you had a nice day - those sea pipes would drive me mad if I lived anywhere nearby!
