Some things that help to limit hairfall:
1) Consider to decrease stress levels by engaging in meditation, deep breathing exercises, a quick stroll, enjoying quality moments with your colleagues, and so on.
2) Limit sugar intake.
3) Adopt a gluten-free diet and cut back on intake of wheat.
4) Make an effort to lower the chances of having acidity or pitta dosha, which is a primary cause of hairfall and several other problems.
5) Apply coconuts and onion oil and massage it on your hair and scalp twice a week. I use litttleextra coconion anti hair fall kit.
6) Please apply these provided recommendations instead of just research.

If you want to treat hairfall then firstly you have to find its root causr and take correctivr action according to that. Oiling, using hair mask or shampoo are just for maintaincr of what you already have it dosent regrow your hair or stops from falling. So stop watching these remedy and focus on root cause .

It works for sure. I hv tried this remedy for one year but the onion smell is stubborn. It stays forever. It took 3 years for me for that smell to go. Bt the results you get with onion juice are mind blowing! No other remedy can help you like onion juice does. If you are fine for the smell then go ahead

Use Desi ghee for your hair
Masaaj Desi ghee for 2 hour and then wash your head and that's it 👍👍
Don't dilute it in water. Use it's natural water it's more useful
