@@incarnateTheGreat truly special place indeed - there are occasionally rentals there and some air bnb's, definitely an cool experience. When I lived at the IYC for a season it was on a borrowed 25' sailboat which was cool but not the same as having the island house...
I was lucky enough to live on Algonquin Island (24 Omaha) and at the IYC for a while - a very special place indeed, especially in winter time.
