    14:24 after you cancel Eo, you'll be left with I1/I2 = 1 / cos^2 phi
    solving it, shouldn't we get I2 = I1 x cos^2 phi
    not I1 = I2 x cos^2 phi which you're written

Amazing video presentation! Very Clear ,lucid and right to the point!!! Can illustrate how a longitudinal plane wave look like when it is incident on a polarizer and show where at which point it failed to be polarised. Thanks

Isn't the derivation wrong. Cos^2 was in the denominator. It will go up and become cos^-2. And the law will become I2 equals I1 cos^2 phie?

I have a question. If only vertical light has passed through the polarizer, then how can it rotate by an angle and pass through the analyzer? If this was possible, wouldn't all angles of unpolarized light have passed through the polarizer in the first place? plz someone answer this.

at 12:11 shouldn't it be I1=12/cos^2theta. Cause cos^2 theta is in the denominator.
