You guys have done an AMAZING job. Quick tip...the next time you do a DIY project inside of your home, either place your furniture out of the way in another room or cover them with drop cloths. That will protect your pieces from damage and help you save a lot of time with cleanup.

We already have the gas fireplace in place we trying to see how to built around the gas fireplace and bring it out

Yes, please get someone to finish the fireplace. The finish is not clean and will start to bother you and make your space look cheap/DIY.
