Bro, the reason why clans like the Uchiha and Hyuga stay 'pure' because they don't breed outside of their clan (and if they do it's ridiculously rare). It's already Alabama. Let's say Indra was simply a common ancestor all the Uchihas shared and outside of that none of the Uchiha (besides immediate family members) are closely related and the same goes for Hamura and the Hyugas. At minimum there would need to be at least 500 clan members breeding in a super specific to prevent inbreeding. And I don't think the Uchiha and Hyuga compounds are that big
