@@2fast33 start your first runs slower and not as far for about 1-2 weeks before u start doing workouts. some workouts i would recommend is 4x400 at mile at 90 seconds rest and to increase the amount of reps and lower the rest as u get better. also stretch everyday, and do core 2-3 times a week! after the 2 weeks start making ur runs harder and farther than before.

u got sub 5 fs bro! my goals r sub 4:35 in the 1600 and trying to break my school record of 2:07 in the 800 but might be a stretch.
