You can maybe get size 1 to work but not 2. And her mouth can’t take a real pacifier nipple. I actually cut the nipple off and then put some clear ear wax plug on it so it sticks to the doll. Works great for me.

Nope, I’ve had no issue so far and have been using for a little over a year. Just be sure to get it all off each time when you remove the binky
