There is a reason why Femke is 3rd in the World Athletics rankings behind Chebet and Kipyegon. She shows up at so many meets and always performs amazingly. Must say, I prefer that over hiding and doing who knows what, and then only showing up at the big events.

I noticed that RED BULL ("Gives you Wings") often sponsors Track and Field events like they did recenty where Mondo (men's Pole Vaulter) and Warholm (WR holder, men's 400m Hurdles) ran an exhibition 100 meter race. Mondo won that one! Coffee is another stimulant that might help. Femke Bol chooses coffee over tea, she said in an interview recently.
