Sir in RA only Two party can participate whose bid prices are the same. Suppose if you have received 5 bids & then open the financial bid & two party became L1 because of the same price. These two party can participate in the RA not 5 bids.

Sir..in bid u cannot process with one bid...for bid u have atleast 3 bid..but if u have 2 bid then you will convert your bid into reverse auction...in reverse auction you can process with 1 bid also..

Subsequent to technical evaluation in RA, there is auction. So bidders know each other's rate in RA while participating in RA.
