Thank you for the kind words about my pick of the model. I was quite amused listening to your thoughts about my pick, and you are spot on. I think it was very important to pick a kit that is avaiable, even though here in Denmark, allmost NO kits are available at all 😆 I am looking foreward to see your finished kit, and also everybody else` kits, once they are finished. Happy building, my friend 🙂
I didn't have the kit so I ordered it from Burbank House of Hobbies last week. Paid extra shipping to have it sent in two day, that was 6-days ago. I just tracked it and I should have it tomorrow. I too am glad Kim picked a kit that is available. I've been in all these group builds except the 2nd one because the kit wasn't available. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it yet, so I'll be watching others that might spark some ideas. Thanks for sharing.
@@skipsmessyworkbench I missed the first build. I've done the others. I had the kit(s) in my stash. But, for me they were all more than available, if I didn't already have at least one. Now to decide which way I'm taking one of these. I know on the 2nd one, the kit was reissued like a day or so later after it was announced. I didn't know about the first one, and missed it.
I would love to see someone build a base model with a slant six and steel wheels. Maybe weathered up enough to look like someone's 10 year daily driver.
Does the Landy kit have headers for the 440? I do like the idea of a small block, I was going to go that route since I had a 69 with a 318. Harts parts is who has the hood.
@@BigSkyModelWorkshop Yep, I've bought from Harts before. I believe the Landy kit has headers for the 440. I just ordered some small block Mopar headers from vcg while he has them. Hoping he gets the engines back in stock. They have an dress up kit with the Direct Connection valve covers. I know the newer Daytona Shelby has a small block option, with moroso valve covers. Kinda a expensive way to get some, unless You're into front wheel drive cars.

I have it in my stash, but I'll watch the GB videos, and get some ideas before building mine. 😊
Neat choice. Following the Dart👍
Lookin forward to seeing what you come up with Joe.

I like the bare bones Dart idea. I'm kicking that around myself. Look forward to seeing what you come up with.
Have a great build.
Can’t wait to see what you do with it Joe!
Quite a few choices there Joe 👍 My GSS decals are questionable as well 🤷♂️ Lots of aftermarket choices out there, best of luck!
That will be a fun build!!!
Cool kit.
Enjoy the build brother. 😊
Glad your in the build.... cant wait to see what you decide
@@KRD12K Thanks. Me too.
Enjoy the group build Joe
The dog cat comment😅😅 there are so many directions to go with the Dart.

@@jamesdurham9182 I believe Dirt Road Cinderella is going in that direction.
@@joesrustshop4509 That she is. I can't wait to see how it comes out.
