Jimmy, you always say call the nearest group of neighbors, but where are you getting their numbers? I absolutely love and have applied a lot of what you've taught, but this is the one that always confuses me. Typically, I send out postcards to the neighbors because I have no idea how I would locate their numbers.
Thanks for the kind words. We use our local property appraiser website to find the owner name and address. We then use either Truth Finder, Cole Realty Resource, or RedX to get the owner’s phone number. I hope this helps!
